A Gentle New Beginning

Welcome, friend.

If you’ve been here for a little while, you may notice that things are beginning to look and feel a little different. This space has been slowly shifting, softening, and growing into something that feels much more aligned with where I am now, both as a teacher and as a mother.

What began as a simple yoga journey has become something much deeper for me.

Yoga first found me as a way to come back to myself. A place to breathe. A place to feel grounded. A place to soften when life felt full, loud, or uncertain. Over time, that personal practice became a quiet calling to share this with others.

Since then, I’ve become a certified yoga instructor, with a focus on prenatal yoga, kids’ yoga, and meditation. My background in Child Studies and early childhood education has also shaped so much of the way I hold space. Gentle, supportive, mindful, and always rooted in connection.

And now, this space is becoming Asana Mama.

Asana Mama Yoga is a soft landing place for pregnancy, motherhood, movement, meditation, and mindful connection. It is for the mother who is becoming. The mother who is carrying life. The mother who is caring for little ones. The mother who is tired, tender, growing, healing, learning, and finding her way back to herself.

This rebrand feels like a deep exhale.

It feels like making room for what this space was always meant to become. A place where we can move gently, breathe fully, and remember that we do not have to rush through these seasons. We can slow down. We can listen. We can begin again.

Here, you’ll find offerings created with care. Prenatal yoga, meditation, mindful motherhood practices, small group classes, and simple tools to help you feel more present in your body and your life.

My hope is that Asana Mama feels like a warm invitation.

An invitation to pause.

To breathe.

To feel held.

To reconnect with your body, your baby, your heart, and the quiet wisdom already within you.

I’m so grateful you’re here as this new chapter begins.

Thank you for growing with me.

With warmth,
Jennifer
